Mrs. Victoire INGABIRE UMUHOZA returned back home in Rwanda on January 16th 2010 to participate in the presidential elections. Instead, after several months under house arrest, she was detained, tried and sentenced to 15 years in prison, after a clearly unfair trial by the Rwandan regime in Kigali.
